At Lamees Maison, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns
A product may be eligible for a return if:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
An item is missing from your order.
The product is significantly different from the product you ordered.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted if:
The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
The product is returned without its original packaging, where applicable.
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Lamees Maison will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
